Click below for a Bio, Quotes from the press, and Contact Info: BIO: An independent instrumental duo featuring Indo-Ninja (Joey Maramba) on bass and Outdo-Ninja (Robert Shaffer) on drums, Ninja Academy blends the musical stylings of Primus, King Crimson and Charles Mingus, they perform, complete with ninja attire, in both the arts and the rock club scenes. Ninja Academy has performed with Devo, Rickie Lee Jones, Nels Cline (Wilco), Mike Watt & the Secondmen, Stephen Perkins, Donita Sparks (L7) as well as comedians Tim Meadows, Andrew Daly and Matt Walsh (Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre). Ninja Academy has three CD releases, two independent and one internationally distributed by Spaceland Productions.
